Anleitung, wie Sie das Essen buchen können

Umgang mit dem Essenschip

Nach einigen Jahren Erfahrung sehen wir uns nun gezwungen den Umgang mit den Chips zum Abrufen der Essensbuchung in der Mensa zu überarbeiten.

Ab dem  Schuljahr 2024/25 werden wir folgendermaßen verfahren:

  1. Jeder Schüler/Schülerin erhält bei Eintritt in die Ganztagsschule, wenn er/sie am Mittagessen teilnimmt  erstmals einen Chip mit Plastikhülle für eine Gebühr von 5€.
  2. Gleichzeitig werden zwei weitere Kopien des Codes im GTS- Büro in einem Hefter hinterlegt.
  3. Sollten die Schülerinnen und Schüler  den Chip einmal vergessen, so können sie sich im GTS- Büro den Code abholen und ihn im Idealfall nach dem Essen dort wieder abgeben.
  4. Sollten die zwei Kopien aufgebraucht sein (nicht zurück gegeben) würden wir erneut  für eine Gebühr von 1€  zwei Kopien ausstellen und wie unter Punkt 2-3 erklärt verfahren. Außerdem erhalten die Eltern eine schriftliche Mitteilung über diesen Vorgang.
